- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the nature of hours involved including set-up times, photography and video capture, editing services and if required website integration. Our standard editing start at $75 per hour. Each project is different and we are very detailed on the costs / time and equipment involved for each project. Each quote is custom based on the customer's requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication on project timing and deliverables. We provide a written estimate by email, indicate time frame for job completion, provide draft project materials for review toward gaining final acceptance prior to finalizing any project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We watch all technological trends and as the market evolves we believe it is necessary for us to evolve with it by honing our skills and purchasing new technologies as they may become available. One of the requirements of the FAA is to have a Pilot In Charge for our drone operations. All of our pilot photographers are FAA Part 107 seasoned and highly trained. Don't trust your job to someone that doesn't have the appropriate licensing and is not insured.
