This company is amazing. I had my wedding photos altered. I gained 45 pounds in one year. She made me look like I did before the weight. She had to make woods, a fence, fireplace and much more. This was the most amazing experience for my life. These are photos that will mean so much for my future and my past. The talent, artists, and professional work was priceless. I am so glad that I had these professional touched up and altered to my exact details. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I talked to over 15 company's ....this was the only one to go to. I had started of with some very difficult situation attempting to insert photographs into the text material. Karen Slayer figured it was due the format of the drives that I was using. Karen worked backwards and fixed the problem for me. If it was not for her, I may have lost all the hard work that I had put into the project. I have profusely Karen for helping with the project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system but the pricing can vary by project. My Clients are required to sign a Project Contract before I begin any work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible, I like to meet the client in person in order to get a better understanding of the project requirements. After the initial meeting most communications are via e-mail and sometimes over the phone. I do not text for business purposes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Computer Science from Ohio University. I completed a course in HTML from the University of North Florida and have a Master Certificate in Business Analysis from Villanova University. I have been an artist almost all of my life.
