My wife and I have been using Matt as our personal trainer for several weeks. I am extremely impressed with his knowledge and ability as a physical coach, but even more impressed at the personal interest he takes and helping each of us reach our goals. Matt is genuinely caring and concerned about our health and each of our objectives, and has designed programs tailored to our individual needs. He knows when to push and when not to overdo it, leading us to the results we are looking for. I originally chose Matt over several other trainers online because of his personal follow-up. He is always early for our appointments, and is unfailingly upbeat and encouraging. I highly recommend Matt to anyone who is serious about their health.
Troy was my personal trainer for 10 years, and the workouts were always different, challenging, fun, and tailored to my needs because of previous injuries. Personal training, for Muay Thai, boxing and in general. I'm no pro, but Stephanie was outstanding!!! Very detailed oriented and the best workouts ever!! Also took some dance lessons, which were GREAT!! She was in dancing World Championships a few years back and her knowledge shows. AWESOME PERSONAL TRAINER- she can design the workouts to fit your needs. We miss her in New York City- send her back!!!
Ethan is one of the best personal trainers I’ve worked with. He exceeded my expectations by pushing me to my max and helping me achieve results beyond what I thought I was capable of. I was impressed by the work out routines / exercises that he would continuously change to keep me challenged. Additionally, he provided me with food / diet recommendations to maximize my performance. I've worked off and on win various trainers over the last 6 years both one on one and in a group setting, for everything from weight loss to strength training. I can say hands down that Joe is the best trainer I have ever seen or worked with. Besides being stronger than I have ever been and in better shape, he as helped me with working on rehabbing my shoulders as well as pointing out weak muscles that I compensate for. Tyson is an excellent trainer – he takes the time to understand your fitness goals and tailors every training session to uniquely fit your needs and abilities. By varying the workouts, and taking the time to get to know his clients and what motivates them, he actually makes it fun and the time flies by! It’s clear to see why so many of his clients have successfully reached their fitness goals – I highly recommend working with him!

Tifiro Cook is an excellent trainer for all body types and age groups. I started training with Tifiro in July 2014. He was very open to my fitness and nutritional goals. Being a fitness instructor I've seen how some trainers can be intimidating towards their client. You will not get that with Tifiro, he makes you feel like you have a true coach in your ear every step of the way. His training sessions are fresh and exciting. You will never get bored or run into a routine with him. Tifiro will push to improve mental focus to further achieve fitness milestones. Tifiro will mold your training sessions to your fitness level and physical abilities. As someone who has a chronic joint disorder he has assisted in keeping my knee healthy and strengthening up my quads to help support my knee. I have seen tremendous changes in my body that have people asking what I'm doing! When partnering healthy and clean nutrition with Tifiro Cook's training I know I can't lose. In addition Tifiro trains my son who has healthy fitness aspirations and to prepare him for sports when he is ready. My son looks forward to his sessions with T! I had been out of the gym for awhile. I needed a personal trainer to develop a plan that would fit my needs. As I gained strength and built endurance Adam modified my workout plan to include different exercises for days I planned to be in the gym on my own. His planning is truly a value you will not get from many PTs.

I started working out with Nate in 2016, when he was offering a special 6-week fall fitness program and decided to continue working out with him. I really enjoy the workouts, which he crafts daily, because they are diverse and work every muscle group. The workouts can be as challenging as you can handle, and he gives alternative exercises, in case there is a physical issue or you're just starting out. The groups are very mixed with advanced people and beginners, like me, and everyone is very friendly and supportive. Whatever your goal is--weight loss, weight gain, toning, general fitness, etc.--Nate has a workout for you. He also has personal training classes, if you like the intimate setting.
Will was the best personal trainer I've ever had. He helped teach me how to properly and safely perform movements like the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Row. He taught me how to get my mindset right. I have had problems with how I look, and his guidance and training helped get me on the right track. He understands fitness better than 99% of personal trainers. I've had over 15 personal trainers and he was the best of the best. Adrianne is a wonderful personal trainer! She is a very good listener so she know what matters to me the most and what my focus areas are.
