Daisley responded to me, quickly, within 30 minutes, through Thumbtack's direct messages, to have my 7 year old, LG refrigerator repaired. I told him that my refrigerator no longer gets cold, the ice maker no longer makes ice and alot of water was leaking all over the floor. We set up an appointment for him to come to my home the next day. The next day, he called to confirm my address, because he was on his way; but then he thought about something. He remembered all of the problems I was having and thought, maybe, the compressor went bad. He suggested for me to call, LG, first, to allow them to troubleshoot the problem before he came to my home, because, it is known for their refrigerators' compressors to go out. He stated that, LG, has a 10-year warranty on their compressors and mine would be fully covered. I listened to his suggestion and made that phone call. Sure, enough! After, I did the troubleshooting with, LG, they said it was the compressor and would pay for it. I had to pay for the labor, only. LG referred me to a company to do the repair and that company came out the next day and gave me a brand new, updated, compressor, that will last between 15 to 20 years vs. the old one that only lasted 7 years. Although, Daisley, didn't repair my refrigerator, he was HONEST enough not to take my money and guide me in the right direction, to have it repaired. I told him the price of the repair and he said it was a reasonable price, although, I thought it was expensive. I felt very comfortable with his opinion guidance.
