- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a reduced price for our retail materials and an hourly rate, for our effort. We are a reseller of several products including tile, wood flooring, rugs, furniture, fireplace inserts, grills, gas logs, fire pits, stoves, draperies, art and more - for those products we pass along great discounts when coupled with our design or installation services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of the HPBA (Hearth, Patio and Barbecue Association) and attend their annual conference; attend the annual Kitchen and Bath Industry Conference, Trend Night with Hamilton Parker and other industry venues; we consult with A.M. Construction on plumbing practices, and partner with the City of Delaware on the latest code and regulations. We are certified as a photovoltaic installer and trek pipe plumbing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Charlton and Roxanne have renovated two houses together and have years of mechanical and design work for their respective corporate careers. The AMIDONIAN business is a passion and calling.
