Eric has been great, and very helpful. Hired him to install a storm door at my home. When he came to install, we found out the door I had picked up from the store the day before was broken and couldn't be installed! Ugh. He was understanding and flexible. I was able to exchange the door and he came back another time to install it. There is some minor adjustment needed and he said he would be back to take care of. He does great work, and is easy to work with. I recommend!

I was looking for someone to help with a few random carpentry type items around the house: rebuild and paint my deck railings (4 in total), replace a rotted piece of trim on my shed, and hang a screen door on the screened porch. I'm very happy with Eric and Simplicity Craft on the quality of work. He rebuilt and installed the railings and they look better than the originals. He replaced and painted the trim on the shed. The screen door is pending still due to a delay in the arrival of the ordered door (a delay on my end supplying the door, not on Eric's). Lastly, Eric offered to trim some shim pieces to help with evening out my post caps, which was him going above and beyond. As an aside to the approach to quality work, Eric is patient and easy to talk with. I would recommend him and will personally hang on to his contact information for future projects.

We Hired Eric to do interior painting in our home, agreement/cotract included his price, time, place date and we supplied all paint he would paint our home hall and stairway painting. Approximately 3 days prior tried to reconfirm his portion of our agreement, he ghost us, he would no respond to our email/text, we even pre-paided price we agreed upon $250.00 that he stated would be his cost. Day before, again I tried to contact Eric however he still never responded. Then, on the morning of the day he was supposed to do the painting I emailed him and advised him that he told our payment but now was ignoring us and that he fraud behavior. Approximately 1 hour before he was to perform his duty to paint he text us and said that he decided to CANCEL without proper notice. I would never hire Simplicity Craft Co LLC? Terrible business practice. Nor would I work with Thumbtack again. STILL WAING FOR THE REFUNF OF OUR ADVANCE PAYMENT, I HAVE CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. DR. T
