Introduction: I come from a family of eclectic, creative cooks who find joy in experimenting with bold flavors, tantalizing aromas, complementing textures & satisfying servings for all gathered at the table. I am the first in my family to take my God given culinary talent to another level by completing culinary school and received my degree from the Bradford School of Culinary Arts in Columbus Ohio. I am also Servesafe certified. I am very passionate about using fresh ingredients, never frozen and believes in the power of food presentation and plating ...it adds an exciting element to the meal when creating the ultimate dining experience for my clients. My favored private dining experience offers setting the table and ambience, preparing and serving a 3 course meal of ones choice with wine pairing and wait service all in the client’s home.
