Josh contacted me very quickly after I submitted my work request to thumbtack. I was asking to have a OTA TV antenna installed on my roof. I corresponded with him via text and made plans for him to come on Sat. I texted him Friday to confirm and he told me that something came up and that he could do it Sunday and would give me some $ off due to the in inconvenience. He did arrive on Sunday, but didn't bring the proper tools to the job site. He didn't have a ladder large enough to reach my roof for the install. He said that he would Come back on Tuesday with the proper ladder and do the install before he went to work on another job. I contacted him Monday, after work, and later in the evening Monday and he didn't respond. Seems like he just doesn't want to do the work for me. I wish he would have been upfront if that was indeed the case.
