I first met Kelsie teaching cyclists at Bike Ohio. As a marathon runner, triathlete and cyclist my body takes a beating and flexibility has never been my strong side. Her group classes are great and focused on what we as cyclists require. She has no problem dealing with the different experience levels of the group and offers modified positions to those of us who need it. She is very encouraging to us newbies. I have since taken private classes to work on specific nagging issues to get me race ready. She listened to my needs, put together a class that was exactly what I needed, and when I cross the finish line this weekend it will be much thanks to her. Kelsie also has an ability to get me to relax and let stress and worries disappear. I always leave her classes with a smile and feeling better about myself. I was never really a believer in yoga, but Kelsie has changed my mind and I will keep coming back.
Being new at yoga I was very intimidated and was not sure what to expect. Devon makes it easy and comfortable all while teaching. She is also always on time and just has such a positive personality.

I've taken yoga practices led by Tracie at Agni yoga in Mayfield. She's a great strong instructor who really works with the students in each class and it's obvious she's done a lot of training and continuing education. Would recommend to students of any level practice.
