I picked Personal Touch Landscape Service this summer to mow & trim by lawn. Everything started out well. Last month rain created a time when the company was not able to do the job. The representative spoke to me personally, explained the problem, and asked to come back on a different day. He gave me a date and all was good. Today, July 8th the representative came out and started mowing the front yard. He only did part of the yard. He did nothing in the backyard. He drove off without talking to me about leaving my yard 1/2 mowed and no arrangement made to finish the yard.
I called the office and left a message about my dissatisfaction. I received a call from the office and explained my dissatisfaction. I was told that I would not be charged and that when I paid last month's bill they would no longer be mowing my lawn.
I hope that as I look through Thumbtack, Inc. again that I can find someone that knows how to treat their customers..

We appreciate the feedback, however the voicemail message had some profanity in it when it wasn't necessary. We would hope our customers would treat the company they hire with the respect they are looking for in return.
