- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time clients are 50/hr, 70/90min, 125/2 hrs. Price stays the same when client comes monthly. Weekly clients pay 40/hr, 55/90 min and 90/2hrs. Every referral gets another 10 off session. Personal training is 15-30/hr. Depending on service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer will fill out paper work about themselves and what brings them to massage at this point. We will discuss the clients goals and what we can do to help. Each session is catered specifically to each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive educational background in health and wellness and massage therapy. I attended and graduated Heritage Institute in Florida and Kaplan University online.
