I do not require huge machines or a lot of equipment. Whatever you may have. I also make healthy eating so easy for you and your family and can work with you on eating for your goals and lifestyle, grocery shopping and how to make social events easier with your new healthy lifestyle. I've worked with ages 9-92, different goals, different levels. I've worked with knee, back, hip, shoulder issues, fibromyalgia, menieres, autism, stroke, diabetes, arthritis, flexibility, mobility, competition training. Also weight loss and weight gain and general fitness, and nutrition. I have trained in Vermilion, North Ridgeville, N. Olmsted and Olmsted Falls, Lorain, Amherst, Elyria, Avon, Avon Lake, Columbia Station, Grafton, Oberlin, LaGrange, Valley City, Wellington, Westlake, Rocky River. I do not consider this just a job. It is fun! Everyone I encounter is truly amazing. Everyone has a story and the transformations are incredible in might and mind. You are not just a client, but a person with goals and dreams!

The experience has been wonderful with Maria! She is always on time, affordable and listens to my needs for the way I aspire my body to look. Not only has Maria given me amazing work outs, but she provides me with a copy of every workout so I can attempt to complete them on my own time as well. Maria has also helped to better my eating habits, as well as provide various other tips on how to get my body to look the way I want it to! Maria knows a lot about fat and it’s loss, how to advance through a strategic regimen from beginner toward a goal of advanced body building (impressive muscle development) with sensibly balanced body strength, and calculated diet restrictions needed for the tricky simultaneous fat loss and muscle growth - and I’m a formerly fat, now aggressive-goal senior age amateur body builder BTW, meeting with Maria 3x a week for step-by-step guidance through a heavy regimen of resistance workouts 6 days a week. At the same time, Maria works with my wife, also a senior, on another plane altogether: sensitive strength building limited by her serious joint pains. So Maria is highly adaptable and sensitive to individuals’ limits and needs. Maria is suitable for young or old and anyone in-between for various personal body objectives and overcoming limitations. Finally, Maria seems knowledgeable about general human health, mobility, healthy diet, and issues such as diabetes and the benefits of exercises.
