- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is dependent on individual jobs. Factors such as time frame are factored into larger jobs. Discounts are available for multiple jobs to be completed during same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I find it helpful to begin jobs with a thorough discussion with customers, both to establish and understand expectations and to gain a thorough understanding the projects Typically I require an in person review of the scope of work to create accurate pricing. I currently am working with customers to perform remote reviews.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I previously worked as an apprentice for 2 years learning and practicing residential/commercial apartment maintenance. I have pursued numerous trainings and classes while continuing practicing and improving my skills!
