Rich was very profesional. He responded to my messages quickly. But his crew was not very good. They said that they were done a couple of times but I had to call them back to fix a mess or just do what we agreed on. I would not hire them again.

Tried to hire Rich Homes LLC to install and cut down a Bi-Fold door, he would never come out or give me an estimate for the project. Then instead of him coming out today, he sent one of his co-workers come out to try to overcharge $150 to cut down a Bi-Fold door. He then text me, asked what’s the best I could do, I said $100 if they mess the door up you guys will replace it. Then apparently then guy just left. Then Rich text me back and said the reason he did not complete the job, they didn’t feel comfortable with the amount and the owenesss on replacing the door. It was not worth it to him. I do not recommend.

I think as company we have an every right to decline a job if we don’t feel comfortable completing it. Leaving 1 star review on a job we didn’t even start is not right, thumbtack needs to look into this.
