I’ve been training with Chandler for a year now and I appreciate his extensive knowledge of proper body movements. Knowledgeable in nutrition and doesn’t apply fad dieting. He has an attention to detail in form and repetitions. The way he pairs exercises with each other balances them out which helps me to work smarter not harder. Though he can tell when I need an extra push in my workout. Chandler will challenge and motivate you to be your very best and won’t allow you to cheat yourself out of a healthier you.
