Derrick was very understanding of my issues, I enjoyed his help with my meal plan, workout plan, and he is also very motivating. I had issues with getting up and getting motivated to go to the gym, but Derrick always was there for me motivating me. I would recommend him to anybody. This guy is the real deal!! And he knows his stuff!!!!

Derrick was great! He took the time to listen to my goals/wants and tailored a workout plan specifically for me. With my work schedule, it wasn't easy but he was flexible and offered great suggestions. I loved how he explained things where I could comprehend but didn't make me feel embarrassed or ashamed to ask anything. I recommend Derrick to beginners as well as those who are more experienced. Thank you Derrick!

I first start working out with Derrick I thought it was fun and going to be like any other trainer. That definitely was not the case, every single time I took a class or trained with him it has been a different experience. Derrick works on your strengths and weaknesses, and definitely confuses your body. He pushes you be become a better you, you will hear him say often, "Pain is only Temporary".He definitely is results driven so if you are looking to drop weight or tone up, call him and schedule a session with him and you be the judge.
