I used the semi-private lesson for my two boys, and our tennis pro did a really great job with them, and I felt that it was a very productive hour. This was their first lesson, and they really gained a lot. - Wayne Williams
Michael does an amazing job teaching tennis to my 2 boys (ages 9 & 12). He brings an incredible amount of energy everyday, uses a positive approach with the kids, is very patient but still drives continuous improvement. He knows his tennis too! Micheal uses a variety of training methods & provides variety in his lessons to keep things fresh. He likes the kids to have fun too which is very important (so the kids stick with it). I highly recommend him. My kids enjoy going to tennis lessons & have improved dramatically since we began lessons over a year ago.
My lessons with Chrissie have been amazing. She is flexible with timing and location, but most of all her bubbly attitude and expertise are what keep me coming back. She continues to notice even the slightest adjustment in my stance, grip, and timing so I don't fall back into old bad habbits. She has definitely helped me improve and now I have a wickedly good serve!
My 6 year old girl learned so much and had the time of her life .Bravo To everyone there! !!
Ed was wonderful to work with. I have several neurological/balance issues that make exercising difficult for me. Prior to starting, Ed sat down with me and listened to what I had to say and developed a workout plan that fit within my limitations. During the training sessions, Ed was patient and encouraging. Ed is the first trainer that I've worked with that made me feel comfortable and safe. I would recommend him to anyone, especially those who are struggling with physical issues.

The traditional, ancient Thai yoga massage is one of the most profound and holistic bodywork systems known today. The massage is practiced on a large floor mat and is a movement-based massage where the recipient relaxes as they are guided through rhythmic motions while receiving massage on the body's energy lines. Sometimes referred to as "lazy man's yoga," you receive the amazing benefits of a yoga practice on top of the massage! Also, enjoy a private yoga lesson, in any increment of time, with Lisa (500-RYT). Lisa has been teaching hatha yoga for almost 2 years and has also studied Yin. Whether troubleshooting a problem area or wanting to find the alignment of your own body, Lisa will help to guide you into peace, through body awareness and above confidence so that you can do yoga anywhere! Both of these services can also be combined! (ex: 30-min Private Lesson + 60-min Thai Yoga Massage = 90 min)

How is HWA RANG DO different from Karate or Tae Kwon Do? HWA RANG DO has been compared to Tai Chi and Chi (Qi) Gung due to it focus on breathing techniques and therapeutic exercises. Because of its throws and deflection techniques it has been compared to Aikido, HapKido and Ju-Jitsu; and because it had kicks and punches it has been compared to Tae Kwon Do and Karate. But Hwa Rang Do is all of that and more; it has been called a complete martial art.
