Cheryl addressed my problems with my dogs and answered all my questions. She showed me how to work through the issues and to have a happy household. I will use Talk Dog Toledo again. I highly recommend this company. Susan Kale
Aubry does an amazing job walking my dog every time I am out of town. My dogs are always exhausted when I come home. They love her! Ocasionally I will ask for an extra favor like helping with some laundry or doing some extra training with my german shepherd dog and she never fails to please. Highly recommended to anyone!
I have been training with Nancy for little over a year. It sounds cliche, but her positive approach to dog training has made a world of difference in our dog, Mabel. We went to Nancy because Mabel was a brat, and we were at our wits' end. With patience, Nancy helped us train Mabel to be a wonderful and happy companion who travels everywhere with us. We would highly recommend A Positive Approach.
Kathy was very helpful. She took the time to come to the house and help us with our pup. She responds back to texts and phone calls and keeps in touch.
Help newly rescued dog adjust to our home, other dog and routines. This person is outstanding in her experience, knowledge, flexibility, professionalism, integrity, and just plain love of her work! I would rehire her in a heartbeat! The change in both our dogs is nothing short of amazing, following her techniques! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! The dogs love her, too!
We have had a really great experience with our training sessions! David Johnson was professional, caring & easy to keep in touch with when we had questions/concerns. We may do more lessons with other areas of behaviors in the coming months. We are very pleased with the results & happy with our dog's response to training.

I have been working with dogs almost my whole life, at the age of 11 I had a dog walking business around my neighborhood. I started 4h and successfully trained my beagle off leash obediance and agility trained. At the age of 17 I started to compete in AKC and UKC conformation with a friends Irish Red and White Setters. Since then I apprenticed with my 4h advisors Jim Moyer, Katie Smith, and Rick Thomas.

I have trained quite a few dogs from puppies to "teaching older dogs new tricks." The key to training is consistency, not only the owner needs to be consistent with the dog but so do your family and visitors. As for horses I have started 2 year olds, trained green horses, and even worked on finishing older horses. I also have worked with problem horses in correcting behavior. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
Kimberly has trained in both Europe and the USA. Kimberly is very passionate about the well-being of animals, dogs in particular. This passion has been felt and experienced by previous students of hers who would all attest that there is a special bond Kimberly has with dogs and their owners while training.
I trained dog at 4 Paws for ability, and I know how to teach dogs the basics. I've raised dogs since I was 11, and I feel like I'm absolutely qualified to get the job done, from attitude adjusting to potty training.
I provide counseling to owners and aiding in behavioral modification of their dogs through positive reinforcement. There are no shocks or prong collars used anytime. We have 15 years of experience via grooming, dog day care management, training and behavioral modification counseling training. We are primarily a dog rescue. We offer certified dog obedience. We also help with behaviors and great results with scared and feral dogs.
My training is based off of positive reinforcement. I absolutely refuse to use things such as static collars, choke chains and potentially harmful diciplinary actions. My goal is to create a bond between the pet and the pet parent and help each individual live the life they want happily with their pet by their side.

We stand out because our clients say that. When a new person came to see what we do. The clients each greeted her and this is what I heard from them . He works with real problems, makes it easy to follow. He see through to the problem and gives us a solution. His classes are fun and changes behavior of us the owner and the dog. If. You have been to other trainers like me then you know most teach show stuff. In my life I need my dog has to behave and show stuff can't touch what he teaches. Those are the words I heard the other night to a new client. Sometimes a class is just a class. However if you want to enjoy your dog being part of your life. Just listen to my clients. They know first hand.
