I was on Charlene's crew personally. On the way to her home/apartment someone ran a red light & hit into our truck. It was 10:17 am when I texted her the first time. After the police left and truck was leaving on wrecker I then called @ 11:2?, as I told her I would. In text I told in acc & call soon with a new eta. When I called her to tell her I wwould rent a truck (at my expense) equip it and still get her out today.. She told me she had to "do something different..", I just said "ah, OK ma'am I was just trying to contact you like I told you I would w new eta. I was renting a truck & heading to you as fast as I could..". She then said "Well I've stopped payment on your deposit check & my new movers are here & starting to load now..". I was very nice to the lady, even w the late cancel. She said she hadn't checked her text's? That & on here is how we'd corresponded before. I'm pretty sure she wrote this before our speaking & her not checking her text. Right after we hung up I noticed this negative review. I did Everything I could & would have been on my way in a rental w/in the hour. I had already spoken to mngr @ the Penske we use when extra trucks are needed. He had it ready for us -we just arrive sign 3 spots & out the door... In 2 hours of appointment time she'd already fired us & hired company imed avail...
Communication. I gave the job to Rainbow as I accepted their bid I was supposed to be called on 1/19. I never was so I contacted the office. I was told the truck was in an accident, but it should be ok and that I would be called later that day with a status report. I was never contacted. I called the office one more time on 1/27, but nobody has called me back. So I will move on to someone else.Jan 28, 2018Verified

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner was actually going to make me wait a whole day later to move after I sat at my home with everything packed for over 10 hours waiting in someone to show up. After seeing this I went through Everything looking for this Lady, I can't find anything on her. She either has us mixed up with the company she ended up using or maybe she called us on move day or even a few days before needing a specific date??? and I told her that we were booked but had a crew available for the next day maybe ?? This really stumped me. Ma'am If you see this please call me @ 513-319-7294 to get some answers for us both, thank you...

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?I would suggest using a Co. reffered by a friend or family, if no refferals. I would speak w/companies on phone, ask questions, go w/who you think is the best from speaking w/them......
