K and Dee did a wonderful job replacing a leaking toilet and shower head in one of my bathrooms, even saved me some money by picking up the new toilet and haulino away the old toilet. Dwight was very professional, polite and respectful. I will definitely utilize their service again in the near future for my next toilet replacement and install.

K & Dee worked with me to identify a leak from a frost free faucet as well as help unclog a drain that had been backing up behind a wall 😱😱 They came out quickly and took care of both problems - solid professional work. Really impressed with K & Dee plumbing! I originally posted a Thumbtack request because we had a toilet that was leaking through the kitchen. We had already purchased a new toilet and had planned to install it within the next few weeks, but because the old one had a leak, I called K & Dee to see if they could repair it. He wisely suggested that they just go ahead and replace the toilet and it was a complicated new electric smart bidet toilet so required a little bit more work. He finished the job he was on and was able to come to our house within two hours, recognizing the urgency of having the old toilet leaking through the kitchen. He and his wife were very professional and gave us a fair estimate and completed the work in a timely fashion with great communication. He was also honest that he was not the right person to repair the sheet rock that he had to cut into the kitchen ceiling, and that we should find someone else for that. He let us know that before he cut into the ceiling.

The installation of the toilet was perfect and we love it in the bathroom! I will definitely use them again.

They installed the toilets for us and removed/hauled away the old ones. They picked the toilets up from Lowe’s for us, saving us the delivery fee. We ended up having two rusted flanges that needed replacing and they talked through additional cost for those in a professional way. They also installed an on-toilet bidet for us during the process so we didn’t have to do it later which was helpful. Would hire again!

K and Dee were very intuned with my plumbing issues, they were able to make quick and immediate adjustments to work with in the frame work of our City Water Inspectors. The coordinated efforts to keep my water flowing, correct the problems and deal with the outside demands of the Water Company. Very professional and punctual on multiple visits to my home. I would hire them again for any job under their umbrella of services ! Great experience !
