I've been training at StrongFit for 12 months now and would recommend it to EVERYONE. The trainers take a personal interest in your success and modify each workout to your individual goals and needs. In just a years time, training 2-3 days a week, I have been able to lose 7% body fat and complete a 5+ minute wall sit - goals far beyond what I thought I was capable of. I first began training with Kyle Blandford in my sophomore year of high school. I was never much of a workout person outside of football, but I was told that if I wanted to earn a varsity spot I needed to put on 25 pounds by next season. Sure, enough with Kyle’s personal training and nutritional plan, I put on 25+ pounds of solid, muscular weight. In addition to the mass I had gained, I became much stronger physically and more educated as to how to lift properly. I can out lift almost anyone on my Varsity football team and am considered pound for pound the strongest person on my team all thanks to Kyle’s workout regimen. Kyle will also do a lot more for you than just build muscle on to your frame. A big issue that I had and that I still sometimes struggle with is my nutritional habits. I frequently skip meals and when I do eat it isn’t always the best meal nutritionally. Yet, when I changed positions in football and had to cut weight, Kyle created an individualized plan for me that allowed me to cut weight without losing any of my strength. I was leaner, more sculpted, and continued getting stronger throughout my weight cut. I credit this to the personalized workout and nutritional plan Kyle designed for me. As a high school athlete, Kyle’s workout and nutritional plan changed me. I am faster, stronger, bigger, and in better shape thanks to Kyle’s workout and nutritional programs. Working out has never been something I have enjoyed doing and have always struggled to be consistent with and maintain. Finding Derrick was a gift!! I searched for several months to find a personal trainer for myself and my 12 year old son. Derrick does an amazing job at challenging both of us while also making it fun at the same time! He has a passion for fitness that is apparent during our training sessions. I count my lucky stars that we are able to train with him!

Working and going to school full time does not leave much time or energy to workout. I need my workouts to be enjoyable and take no more than a reasonable amount of time while still accomplishing my goals. I do not have the time or desire to think about what to do in the gym or what muscles to work out on what day and that is where Eric comes in. I do enjoy working out and Eric is able to come up with fun programs that keep me interested. I have done cardio on my own for years but Eric has helped me incorporate strength training as well allowing me to tone my entire body, something I was not getting with cardio alone. I have gained so much knowledge from Eric that when I am not in the gym I can still use all of the knowledge to get a great workout in by doing the motions and exercises Eric has taught me. I feel that having a trainer is not a short-term commitment where you reach your goals and stop but a long time relationship with health and fitness where you gain knowledge that can be used for years. Erics upbeat personality is the perfect match to keep you motivated and moving! I appreciate everything Eric has taught me about physical fitness and nutrition. I recommend him to anyone looking to develop, improve or maintain a physically fit lifestyle!
Tania has been training me now for about 3 months and it’s been a great experience. She keeps me on track. I am a former Division 1 athlete and I consider myself knowledgeable about training, but she regularly shows me things I didn’t know around cardio, strength, flexibility, injury prevention, or nutrition. She brings science to the workout. And she helps me stay accountable so that when I start to feel a bit lazy I keep moving anyway. Working with her is challenging and fun, and I’m in much better shape than I would be if I didn’t have her.
Joe has been training me at EFF for over a year now and I can honestly say I can't see myself being committed to my own health and fitness with anyone else. The workouts are different every day with a grand variance of equipment that I either didn't have access to or would never have attempted on my own. Joe always pushes me to do my personal best. Along with being very knowledgeable in physical fitness and the necessary dietary needs, he is very accommodating with his schedule and is always professional. Jessica is so great at what she does! I was very hesitant to start working with a personal trainer being that I never have before and really have never lifted weights other than machines at large gyms like Planet fitness sometimes. I’ve progressed more with her in the last couple months than I ever have. I feel great and look forward to my sessions with her each week. She offers so much more than just an hour session. She’s helped with my diet and my work outs outside of the personal training sessions as well. She will adapt to your needs and comfort level but still push and encourage you when you need it. So glad I decided to give her a shot!

Great Gym, Great Follow up, Great prices! I've been dedicated to fitness my entire life and recently decided I wanted a change of pace to step up my performance in the gym. I posted an inquiry on Thumbtack and Power 3 was the first to reach out via email. Not long after I received a call from one of their Trainers and they got me set up! Trainers are knowledgeable and tailor the workout to fit your goals. They will definitely push you the extra mile if you want them to.
