I used James to pressure wash the siding of my house this summer. They came out the next day a completed the job. Pricing was great and the job was completed to my satisfaction. I'll use him again in the future.

I am extremely disappointed in this company! Not only did he not come to give a quote even though I suggested it multiple times, but then decided the quote he originally gave me would not cover the scope of the project still sight unseen. I called and texted (with my address) a few days prior to confirm the project to which both he confirmed yes. He was scheduled for 10am this a morning. At 9:30 I realized my phone was dead and plugged it in to turn it on. I had missed a call from James and a text requesting my address. As I was quickly trying to text him my address again, he sent another msg saying that since he couldn't get a hold of me he was going to go to another job. I tried to call him at which point it went to voicemail. He was already at another job and through text messaging said we would need to reschedule. I declined and will be hiring another painter. Overall this was completely unprofessional and now my timeline for home repairs to get my house on the market to sell is delayed because I need to find another painter. Very disappointed.

My apologies laura, I don't have record of your text with your address, my price was the lowest youd find for the quality of work and you didn't return my calls until 5 mins before the job was to start after I called and text you multiple times. This is a very dishonest review on your behalf and I did offer to reschedule. Good luck with your project though.

You don't have enough space to allow me to give my rating on James. I believe he's a very nice guy and tries to please to an extent but my disappointment is the dishonesty. And, right now, all I can say is before anyone using him GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. He said he would send me an estimate on Sunday, but began work on Monday. I asked for the write-up still never received it. Then I was given the excuse that he is a hand-shake kinda person. Needless to say, we had disagreements. I had to create my own acknowledgement agreement for us both to sign. just so I had some sort of documentation. In the end he did give me an invoice after the fact, but that did not justify the action in the beginning. His painting was good but not the paint that was left on my hall carpet, kitchen floor, bedroom floor or outside. There was a messed up spot of paint in the kitchen he was supposed to fix before leaving but never did. It's noticable on the dining area. He was also supposed to stop back in 3 days later. It's been six days and no word. very disappointing from that prospective. I do have to give him credit for doing the job at a cheaper rate than he normally would've charred. But the handling of everything wasn't that professional and so I'm pleased that I didn't pay anymore considering it cost me $400+ in supplying the paint.

I do apologize for the misunderstanding on price and the original agreement, I have learned things can be easily changed or misunderstood. The home was in serious need of paint, repair and cleaning so, I apologize if you found paint inside but, I did cover everything and took pictures. I did reach out to you to return to finish the drywall and touch up but have not herd back. I'm glad you were happy with my price and work and I will continue to offer my guarantee to fix any issues you have.

I like to price my jobs as low as possible. I do this work because I love it, I'm not greedy, I just want to take care of my family.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will make initial contact, ask and answer any up front questions I may have, view the work in person to provide an accurate price, set a schedule and work until the project is complete. I guarantee all my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA certified every few years and i attend regular paint shops to keep up with current products. I have been a painter and drywall guy for 12 years. I also have experience with trim/baseboards, pressure washing, fence/deck stain and much more.
