- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our home inspection prices include a free termite inspection! We also use all top tier inspection equipment that includes items such as crawlspace robots, thermal imaging, 4k drones, moisture detectors and more AT NO ADDED COST!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I educate the client regarding the service(s) that I will be providing them with. Next, I ask if they have any special concerns that they would like me to address while I am going through the inspection process. Lastly, in the case of home inspections, I provide them with 3 highly detailed reports. These reports include an executive summary that only lists the issues found, and a full report that includes every picture that I took during the inspection. Lastly, their free termite inspection report is provided to them on the State of Ohio required NPMA form. I ask the client to review all 3 reports and to take notes regarding questions they may have while reviewing them. Once done, I let them know that they may address their questions with me via telephone, text, or email, whichever they are most comfortable with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
