- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually will do a flat rate depending on the job size. There are usually no extra fees unless extensive travel and dumping are required for the job. This also includes extra work added on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will gather information regarding project details. From there, we will schedule an appointment to come by and give an estimate. Lastly, we'll schedule a date that works best for the customer and get the work done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are currently juniors at The Ohio State University. We have worked for landscaping companies in the past (9 Trees). We’ve been in business for 3 years now. We are a trusted vendor of Mulberry Homes.
