Sarah is an outstanding trainer! Her passion, skills and knowledge of lifting, cardio, HIIT, and nutrition/diet, among other things make her a trainer that gets results. She puts in time beyond the gym for her clients...putting together proper nutrition plans, at home training regimens, and regularly texts or calls to answer questions or check in. Sarah is professional. She is always on time and willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She has a high expectation for her clients and expects to see results...and she is really fun to train with!

I have been working with Nancy to tone-up and lose weight for my upcoming wedding. Her workouts are great! She really makes an effort to work multiple muscle groups at the same time and also incorporates cardio to create a well-rounded routine! If you prefer working out at home or your apartment gym, then Orlando is a perfect fit and a great value. He's very responsive to what you enjoy doing and modifies to make your workout different each time and suited to you. Like I can't take a lot of weight on my wrists, so he changes it up for me. I especially liked when we did a boxing workout. Also he's just a very good-natured guy.
Paris is an awesome trainer. I have been training with him for almost a year and I hve seem some great results within my body. He knows his stuff & is willing and able to help you reach your weight loss & fitness goals. His new facility is inviting & he has an array of various equipment to get you looking fit, healthy & toned. I would recommend Paris to anyone who wants a challenge, a good trainer, & to get to their weight loss/fitness goals.
Our son started working with Joe when he was 13. Joe really was responsive to our goals for his strength and conditioning, and was extremely knowledgeable on working with a young maturing kid. He suggested we focus on core strength and developing good habits for once he starts working out with the HS football team. In addition, as he continued working out, his needs changed to focus more on some of his quickness as a goalie in Lax. Joe had a developed a regimen that incorporated using his goalie stick, eye hand, and feet quickness. It was fantastic!! We worked out probably a year and half with Joe, and he really gave our son great tools to continue his development as well as confidence walking into a weight room filled with older kids. We will definitely go back to Joe!
Eric helped me with many challenges I had. One of my biggest struggles was keeping a perfect form during any type of lift. I'm glad that I found such a great and dedicated trainer. He helped me out so much, and now see a huge difference in the amount of weight I have been lifting.
Steve started working with my son to help condition with football. It has evolved into helping him lose weight become stronger and help with his self esteem and confidence. My son actually looks forward to working out with Steve. Steve is always very nice, informative and willing to help with your fitness goals as long as you put in the effort.
Tifiro Cook is an excellent trainer for all body types and age groups. I started training with Tifiro in July 2014. He was very open to my fitness and nutritional goals. Being a fitness instructor I've seen how some trainers can be intimidating towards their client. You will not get that with Tifiro, he makes you feel like you have a true coach in your ear every step of the way. His training sessions are fresh and exciting. You will never get bored or run into a routine with him. Tifiro will push to improve mental focus to further achieve fitness milestones. Tifiro will mold your training sessions to your fitness level and physical abilities. As someone who has a chronic joint disorder he has assisted in keeping my knee healthy and strengthening up my quads to help support my knee. I have seen tremendous changes in my body that have people asking what I'm doing! When partnering healthy and clean nutrition with Tifiro Cook's training I know I can't lose. In addition Tifiro trains my son who has healthy fitness aspirations and to prepare him for sports when he is ready. My son looks forward to his sessions with T! I recommend all women, men, and children to check him out.
Great experience! I spent 5 weeks working out 3 times a week with Adam. The prices and packages were extremely reasonable and he created a workout plan for when I was not with him. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and could answer all my questions not only about weight training, but cardio, diet, and stretching. I felt like I knew a lot of workouts but he showed me the proper form for them and how to do a lot of variations which was very helpful. I ended up losing 12lbs and lost 3% body fat and which I was happy with.
I’ve been with Gentry for nearly 2 years now and can’t imagine working with another trainer. I LOVE her small group fitness classes. Every workout is different and I don’t think I’ve done the same workout twice in the 2 years I’ve been with her! They are challenging and I’ve made so much progress with my strength and weight loss. Gentry’s positive attitude and caring demeanor really set her apart from other trainers. She’s been instrumental to changing my lifestyle and achieving my fitness goals!

Allen was a fantastic trainer for me and what I was looking for. He kept me motivated and focused on my goals of getting in better overall shape, just not losing weight. He introduced me to new exercises that i did not know that i still use to this day. Always positive, always focused, always got results. Went from 265 to 230 with Allen and kept the weight off after our sessions ended. I am stronger, more flexible and even finished 3rd in may age group in a 5K race. This despite being in my 50's when we started out together. Wish Allen was still in Cleveland and we could still work out together.
I have know Cat many years. We have trained together, worked together as trainers and she has been my trainer. In all aspects she is amazing. Cat trains herself to be in the best shape she can be. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. She wants to best for her clients and continues to better herself through education and training. She has high expectations for her clients and it is shown through her workout design. I think so highly of her, I recommended her to train my husband. I love it! The work outs are developed to challenge and engage the beginners up to the advanced people. The group setting is fun and high energy. The trainers are motivating and set programs to allow you to work at your level (as hard as you want to work by adding weight). They have multiple trainers giving you many options of different workout styles. This morning I left there sweating! I love the challenge, variety of work outs, and the open schedule availability all for a reasonable price!
