Latest Review: Our son started working with Joe when he was 13. Joe really was responsive to our goals for his strength and conditioning, and was extremely knowledgeable on working with a young maturing kid. He suggested we focus on core strength and developing good habits for once he starts working out with the HS football team. In addition, as he continued working out, his needs changed to focus more on some of his quickness as a goalie in Lax. Joe had a developed a regimen that incorporated using his goalie stick, eye hand, and feet quickness. It was fantastic!!
We worked out probably a year and half with Joe, and he really gave our son great tools to continue his development as well as confidence walking into a weight room filled with older kids. We will definitely go back to Joe!
