He came out on time and was paid in cash by me. Which is why I believe he "forgot" to send me a final summary of the house that was promised. He was somewhat thorough. What I did not like is that I was told that most of the heating and cooling was done for, and it works great. He told me the water heater needed replacing because it was not working at all, and all that needed done was turn the thermostat up. Made me wonder how an inspector could have missed that. After a couple weeks I emailed Tony and said "hey where's that final report?" to which he replied: "sorry....forgot....I'll get it this week", and it's been a week and half. I basically wasted money to have someone tell me things are wrong that aren't and then forget about me. The only reason it's two stars is the time frame was quick, and he was professional. Other than that the inspection was not good, and to just simply forget about a customer for over $300 and 1.5 hours of work is garbage. Use someone with a better reputation.

I am sorry you were not happy with with my service.There was a report sent to you on Oct 10. In my notes, I stated that the furnace and air conditioning were at the end of there useful life cycle and that the furnace was total electric and very costly to operate and that you would be better to covert to gas. I also stated that the air conditioning was low on freon. The water heater did not come on when I was there. There did appear to be many issues with the home and I feel I did a great job.

Tony was great, very insightful he was also able to quote me on how much repairs would run or upgrades to the house. I don't think there is any outlet or button he didn't push/test. I would use him again.

Captain Tony is great. He knows his stuff and was quite frank about the good and bad points of house. He didn't try to make up issues to make himself look smart, which has been pulled on me by home inspectors in the past. Anybody who wants a great, timely home inspection should hire him. We were extremely happy we did.
