- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are all entirely custom, so they can easily be tailored to fit most any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to get to know my client and find out what it is they're looking for and what kind of budget they have to work with. I then create customized menus to fit their needs and make alterations as needed. Once the menu and services are agreed upon, I send the customer a catering contract and charge a deposit if applicable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to the 15+ years I spent in restaurants and catering companies, I was trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Pittsburgh, where I graduated with Honors in 2006. I have also furthered my education at the Culinary Institute of America with auxiliary baking and pastry courses.
