- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The website does a good job of outlining prices. The prices are based on fabrics. The more luxe the fabric, the more that will drive the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet him at his home or office and we discuss what he had in mind as well as what events are coming up that he will need to dress for. An initial purchase is limited to one jacket, trouser and shirt. The company wants to make sure that each of these custom fitted items are measured perfectly before you order several of them. I come back out to my customer to have him try the clothes on and to talk about the fit. I will then verify the fit and a larger order can be processed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained in both fit and styling our customers.
