- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the clients needs when we first book them. We come up with a plan and put it in to writing. Then I follow up with the client leading up to the event. Whether its me or an employee working the event, I always follow up to see what they thought of our work and what we can do better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in video and photography for more than 15 years. I've done tv and produced hundreds of commercials and short form pieces.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get a timeline and an agreement to what will be done and when.
