- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not exactly. Every home is different, so I price per job. Some customers have more services that they need, or more frequent, so the pricing is designed to how much time I feel it takes to complete the job. However, I have never raised my prices after the agreed amount. Once the Estinate is accepted, that price remains in place until services are no longer required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with them in the phone to set up a good time for me to come meet with them. I walk thru their home/office discussing with them their specific needs they are looking for and give them an "estimate". If hired, I come to do the "initial cleaning" and then continue cleaning according to the agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly researching products, participating in forums to keep up with products to benefit my customers.
