- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to sit down with them and learn about the vision for their video--what they are wanting it to be. Collaboration is a huge part of the production process and that starts by getting to know what they want from the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Kent State University, Magna Cum Laude, with a BS in electronic media production. I also have hundreds of hours of production experience and have worked with clients such as Domino's Pizza, Pepsi, The Cleveland Clinic, Progressive Insurance and--most recently--Allstate.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions! Not only does that help you, it helps us. This allows us to get on the same page.
