FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Puppy Preschool is $125 for two in-home sessions. The first session is an hour and a half and we go over house-training and other issues that are giving you the most trouble. The second session lasts an hour and is for follow-up, troubleshooting, and anything we didn't previously cover.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For puppy preschool, ages 8 to 20 weeks, we will do our initial consult over the phone or email. You may then self-schedule on my website. For dog training we will start with a phone or email consult then go from there. If we decide to move forward you will self-schedule on my website. All sessions are in-home, private lessons. You get the convenience of a trainer coming to you, and the one-on-one attention to get you real results!
