Introduction: I am currently in the process of completing my Pilates mat training certificate under renowned Pilates teacher Troy McCarty. I am offering student rates as I need to complete a number of training sessions in order to obtain my certificate. I have been passionate about Pilates for the past 2-3 years and have found it to be great for staying in shape and rehabilitation. I will be teaching out of a home studio in Lakewood (fully heated yogas/work-out/pilates space with mats and equipment. At this point of my pilates journey, I am looking for folks interested in receiving private Pilates mat instruction at very reasonable rates.
