Introduction: ** Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have moved to provide remote support to clients as much as possible. In those cases where in-person meetings are required, we will work to maintain 6ft social distancing, and wear masks to the maximum extent possible, except when to do so inhibits the ability to be understood, or conduct normal business. Due to court and government agency restrictions there may be delays in the normal legal process. We are committed to providing the same high quality of legal work while doing our part to protect our communities. Your patience is appreciated** Dagger Law, with locations in Lancaster and Canal Winchester, is a comprehensive, full-service law firm. Our twelve attorneys have over 110 years of combined experience practicing in nearly every aspect of the law. FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Because we practice in so many areas of the law it is difficult to be specific with pricing before one of our attorneys have had a chance to speak to a potential client. Each case is unique, and the depth of experience at Dagger Law means that we can have a constructive conversation about cost before things move forward.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first thing we recommend is to set up a phone call with an attorney. This helps us understand the details of your situation and determine if we are the right fit for you. After that our attorneys will set a fee agreement and schedule follow-on appointments based on the needs of your particular case.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Lawyers are strictly regulated by the Bar for the particular state that they practice in. This includes ongoing education to stay on top of their areas of practice, and continual monitoring of their ethical and technical practice.
