Whitney’s Cleaning Service cleaned my house today for the first time and did a great job. They will becoming back every other week. Great to work with and well priced.Jul 6, 2018Verified
I am on my third bi-weekly cleaning, and it has been great! Communication mostly goes through Whitney and is then sent out to the people who clean your house. Deanna is my person, and she has always done a stellar job! Anything I needed changed, looked at, or focused on for whatever reason (guests coming in for example), easy as a text to Whitney or a written note to Deanna and it will get done. Would definitely recommend them!Jun 4, 2018Verified
Whitney was amazing to work with. She was so responsive from the onset, answered all my questions, came to do an estimate and got us on the schedule right away! She and Angie were on time, very personal and professional, and worked tirelessly to make our home look great. I hope to use them regularly, but definitely recommend them for a deep clean!May 24, 2018Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first step for me is to get to know you and your specific needs. These needs are everything from how many kids and pets you have (nap times and school start times) to work schedules. This helps me accommodate you as much as possible. Along with this my goal is for you to get to know me and the cleaner that will be spending time in your home. Next we will discuss and finalize a price and day that works best for you and me then we get to work!
- How did you get started doing this type of work? Before coming into this line of work, I was in the healthcare field. Even though I had great jobs and healthcare is an expanding field, I didn't have the flexibility I needed with two young children and I could only go so far working for someone else. My husband and I had great dreams of being business owners and cleaning houses has become that dream.
- What types of customers have you worked with? The Most common types of jobs I do for my clients is weekly and bi-weekly cleaning which includes dusting everything from ceiling to baseboards, cob webs, counter tops, glass, bathrooms, kitchens and floors. I also clean homes/condos/apt that a client moved out of or getting ready to move into. This cleaning includes everything above plus cleaning out the refrigerator, oven, drawers in the kitchen and bathroom and a deeper clean of all baseboards, doors and fans.
