- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base most of services on pet's breed. Since each breed requires different levels of skill/work. We do have standard pricing on things like nail trims and some of our add on packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to find out what service or trim would best suit the owner and their 4 legged companion. We love to answer all the many question client
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with clients/pets from all walks of life. We do have service dogs along with show and pet animals that come see us. We have worked with deaf and blind both clients and pets.
