What a fantastic experience! I got way more than I expected. Jamal and Dillion were the best movers ever. My items were not very neat. These two moved constantly, organized my items, neatly and quickly organized everything I had at drop off. Erin took my emergency call and gave me stellar service despite I was having an emergency experience. Thank you guys for such excellent work! I will never use another company again....I recommend smooth move because they are true to the name of the company.

A friend needed to move some heavy items and she was at her wits end. I sent a request out to 5 movers a Smooth was the 3rd to respond. After listening to the other add extras for this and that Smooth simply gave me a price and it never changed! They tried two time to come early which was unheard of to me as I moved a great deal in my life from state to state! They arrived, saw what was needed and got to the task! 2 hours task was completed in an hour and fourth five mins and 0 damage, despite having to move awkward furniture down AND up 3 flights of stairs!!! Only thing, if they move washers, insist on them wearing gloves ( you had to be there to get that one)! Great Job Guys! You will be the first call on anyone I know that’s moving in the Columbus area!!!

These guys are who you who you want to go with with. They helped my girlfriend and myself move into our new apartment. The 2 guys that came to help move were friendly, they were on time, moved quick, and took care of all my needs. I had written a few companies to get quotes for my move, and some of them were outrageous. Smooth Movers is very competitive. The process was also extremely easy compared to some other companies. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. 10/10

Very responsive professional patient and kind. I wished i could have used them. I got information late (landlord) with my move and the dates and times weren't available. I will keep them in my contacts in hopes i or my family might need help moving again in the future.
