I hired Jim to provide new power to my kitchen ceiling light fixture, add a new wall switch, new junction box and switch for a wall sconce and new GFCI receptacles for appliances. His work and workmanship are fantastic. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and respectful. Jim is a breath of fresh air in terms of working with electricians. He has the ability to assess problems very quickly and derive very sensible options for solutions. I have hired Jim to do the next electrical project at my home , and I have recommended him to two people in my office. I sincerely believe he brings exceptional value and quality to the work he performs.

I must start by saying I am very pleased with the work Erik Gordon (E.R.I.A) completed for me and the outstanding service he provided me. Here’s the story. AT&T installed cable service at my home. While doing so the installer hit an electrical wire going into my kitchen and knocked out power to several plugs. AT&T had no problems agreeing to pay for the damages however; it was my responsibility to find an electrician and provide the necessary documentation to support the damage claim. This incident happened the week before Thanksgiving 2015. I had a tough time finding an electrician. I actually contacted several prior to finding Erik. No one was interested in the job either because of the upcoming holiday season or the AT&T third party damage claim process I had to go through to get the job paid for. When I found Erik, he was a Godsend. Erik not only gave me a fair estimate (which I forwarded to AT&T’s damage claims department), he also stuck by my side throughout the entire process. Erik spoke to the claims department on my behalf, explaining the work that needed to be done and why. He went way beyond my expectations and I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to him and his crew. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Erik to anyone that is looking for a reliable, professional and hardworking electrician.

Bill was very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful with the safety and wiring of our new home. He arrived on time with a helper to tackle the list of things that we wanted completed. We were very happy with his work and professionalism. As a contractor myself I am happy to see good people such as Bill out in the field. He is one of the few people that I will recommend and I will definitely use his services in the future

This repair was for a re-installation of a kitchen sink and minor damage to the pvc pipes under sink. The price for this job was fair and the same as the final price. Yuriy Kononets from KYT Properties is completely professional, on time, and does quality work at a fair price.. I will be calling on him for future jobs.

Quick response time, great communication, on time (actually 5 minutes early!) and professional. Luke removed an existing chandelier in a double height entryway (approx. 24 feet) and installed a new one. The price was amazingly reasonable. I plan on using them again for future electrical and plumbing work. So glad I found them.

Rod was chosen from five bidders, all of whom were close in their estimates. Unlike the others, he initially mentioned renovation options ( both interior and exterior ) that had not been considered in the planning. No one else "thought outside the box". This was a complete renovation of a house to prepare it for sale: new flooring throughout, new padding and carpeting throughout, much repair work of damaged wood and walls, a wood-burning fireplace rehab; installation of new vanities, sinks, mirrors, med. cabinets and accessories, 5 new ceiling fans, power washing, painting shutters and repair and painting of storage shed, caulking around foundation, installation of all new interior and exterior doors. You can see that the job was all-encompassing and Rod was up to the task and did some unique repairs along the way. The only two detours included four dead electrical outlets that still need to be repaired by an electrician and the time frame ran more than 3 and 1/2 months. If you are willing to be patient, Rod will do a bang-up job for you. He would text pictures of items for my approval before he would make a purchase. He provided me with a receipt for everything that was required for the job. This was an $11,000+ investment, but the new owner is not going to have any headaches once they move in. I hope to hire Rod again for work at my own residence and would comfortably make a referral to anyone in need of his services.

I needed some electrical wiring to complete a house sale after a home inspection. Rob knew exactly what needed to be done unlike the home inspector did! Rob is very knowledgeable, dependable and honest. Qualities that are not found so easily these days. Thank you for your expertise! Will use your services again in the future. Lynn V

The job was just completed this morning so iI can't comment on long term aspects. As it relates to what I experienced so far, very impressed. Richard answered the call each time I reached out. He called me at the exact time promised. Arrived at the time we agreed upon. Material needed from Home Depot (sump pump) were not up charged at all. Labor and service call charge were reasonable for 2 workers and about 1.5 hours of work. Equipment purchased (again with no inflated charge), equipment installed and new outlet installed. Satisifed so far, and have no reason to expect that would change. Thanks Rich and Frank!

David was very quick to respond and submit a proposal to us. He was very helpful in the design process. Great communication with scheduling changes due to poor weather and would always return our call within an hour of us calling. His crew was very professional and polite. We are beginning a kitchen remodel with Paradigm Renovations in June. The kitchen design David did for us was exactly what I have dreamt about. We highly recommend using them for your home projects. He seems to have the crew to handle everything a homeowner could need. His pricing was very competitive with other contractors.

Bobel Contractors completed a fire and water restoration for my home after a house fire, which was out by the fire department. The thing that made me comfortable and confident in these guys is they worked not only with me, but directly with my homeowners insurance company to help facilitate the claims, restoration and billing process. I would recommend Bill Bobel's company to anyone who had experienced a loss due to fire, wind, water or storms. The work quality was excellent and my dealings with them were as they outlined and explained from the beginning.

This outfit was great, and I can't say enough good about them. I learned of them through a referral when I needed a new outlet installed, and not only did I like the price quote when Bernard visited, half-an-hour later the job was done! More than impressed, I had Bernard look at my K&T situation. I had recently purchased an older home and tthis antiquated wiring was throughout. Bernard gave me a very reasonable quote. When the work started (major project), Bernard worked it almost every single day until it was complete (he skipped a few Sundays). He took care of our dog while onsite. He carried loads of landscape waste to the curb so my wife would not have to. He cleaned up daily and worked with us to schedule when power would be out in certain areas ofthe home overnight. His work was perfect (passed code with no issues), and he installed every new fixture that I purchased (ceiling fans) at no extra charge. Every friend who has seen his work has asked for his name. Castle Security Solutions installed a security system and cameras in my home. I can monitor everything from my computer or my smart phone 24/7. The monthly fee for them to monitor my alarm and alert authorities when necessary is also very reasonable!
