I charge a flat rate for the first hour, which includes my service call. Additional labor is charged per hour.

Be honest and explain in terms the customer can understand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly research products and contact the manufactures to find information I need. If there is a class I will attend it.
