I am sorry that we had mixed signals on the condiments, typically we do provide but we also wash out the ketchups, mustards, etc and re-use the containers. Lisa from Mantua Corners is an excellent caterer! She made planning easy especially when I had minimal idea of what I wanted. The food was good and very reasonably priced. Her employees who set up the food were prompt and courteous. She also sent a bartender who did a great job! I would use Mantua Corners again without hesitation. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I try to ask as many questions as possible regarding the catered event. I try to think of every possible scenario that may be overlooked. I like to give my clients as many options as possible and enjoy trying new dishes and menus.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am Serve Safe certified, as is my partner. I have been in the food service industry for over 20 years.
