I must say this place is very RUDE!!! We called to see if they can make an estimate to our kitchen for cabinets and granite countertops and we told them that we possible don´t need them to install the cabinets. Their answer was that ITS NOT WORTH OF THEIR TIME!!!!! Then we said that its fine and they can make the price with installation then. Women we spoke with assured us that she will make the estimate for us. We gave her a little description what our kitchen looks like so they will have and idea of it. She told us that she will call us back later on that day and make the appointment for them to come and measure our kitchen and get everything they need to give us the estimate. Well, nobody called us back and its been a week already!! SO I GUESS WE ARE NOT WORTH OF THEIR TIME! Totally disappointed! We got our estimates from 2 other places and we are satisfied with those, even tho those might be more expensive ITS WORTH IT, because they had the time for us!

I had a very bad, stressful experience with this company. They came out to measure our kitchen countertops and we picked out granite that they had on site. Friday they came to install granite in the kitchen and the bathroom vanity top. After they removed our countertops they discovered that they had measured wrong. We were given 3 choices....piece and seam a piece of granite, cut part of my cabinet down to fit their mistake or have a new top made. We chose for them to cut us a new top. They set up a time the following Wednesday to have it installed. In the meantime they installed my vanity top. His employee who is also a plumber was doing our plumbing but forgot his tools. He left my house around 6 oclock to get his tools to finish the job. Waiting around I finally called Jerry the owner to see if his guy was coming back or not. He returned back at my house finally at 10:00 at night! Back to the kitchen...they made the appt. to install the granite at 10:30am. At 11am we called them to have them tell us that they thought the appointment was scheduled for 3:30. Their guy shows up at 3:30 only to sit in his truck for an hour waiting on the owner to get there with a piece to move the granite and still the other installer/plumber was still not there. My husband had to go to work at this point and we told them that they needed to come back tomorrow. Finally our countertops are installed but it was after 6 days of being without a kitchen basically, 2 days of missed work for me and 1 day of missed appt. for my husband. I called the owner to discuss all of this and he told me he would call me back.....I am still waiting for that call. They are very friendly people but the lack of communication and the time and money that we lost having 3 installation days was not worth the money that we were supposed to have saved.

Hello Doreen, we apology for all the inconvenience you had. As a company we assumed all the responsibility for the granite as we talked on the Phone. I know we had some issues which we worked hard to fix it and please you as our customer. As Owner, I communicate with you as much as possible, we tried hard to resolve the problems even I asked you what will make you happy and you told me to redo the kitchen in one piece with not seam, so I bought another stone and did it again that piece just to make you happy, from this job the company had not gain any profit but to me, it was very important to make you happy so when you get up in the morning to make your cup of coffee you will be happy with your one piece Kitchen and in a very good price. In the last day, before your husband was going pay me, I asked him again, if he was happy with the job, and he did not make any complained about anything, he was happy with the kitchen so he paid me the full amount which I said that we did not make any profit because we fabricated twice because i wanted to do a good job so you were happy. The plumber guy has his own company, he only helped with the granite, his plumbing work does not have to do anything with G&C 4 Less. I hope you and Gary are enjoying your kitchen as we did it your way and at a great price. Like I said before we are sorry for the inconvenience, we are a serious company and we always try to do the best but something things happens, to all companies. But we always take full responsibility of our jobs and we would find all the ways possibles to make our customers happy. Best regard, Jerry

3/1/12 Over 2 years ago I contacted Jerry and Soraya for a quote on granite kitchen counter tops. They patiently worked with me and my changing priorities. Today, Jerry installed my stunning granite kitchen counter tops, kitchen sink, bathroom vanity sink, and granite counter top. I am thrilled with the appearance, professionalism, and quality workmanship. The prices were very reasonable and hours later I am still marveling at my countertops. Was they two year wait worth it? For me absolutely YES! I will without hesitation be contacting this company again in the future for my next remodel project.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Granite 4 Less(G4L). I picked out a slab 3 weeks ago and have since tried repeatedly to get G4L to secure it from the supplier. I learned just today that the supplier would not hold my slab any longer and sold it to someone else. All the work finding floor tile and back splash is wasted not to mention I am heart-broken to lose the counters I loved. They do not do what they say they will do, nor will they call back when they say they will.

Looked at slabs on Tuesday, purchased Wednesday, Installed on Friday, plumbing hooked up on Saturday. Everything looks great and paid much less than any of the other bids I got. Very pleased with Jerry and his hard working team.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't look at each item amount on the estimate. look at the final price! Ask your fabricator if you could visit the fabrication shop. That is how you know that they fabricate in house.
