- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal Training sessions are $35 per 30 minute session. Authentic Health subscribers pay a flat monthly fee for weekly coaching and unlimited in app coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will initially speak by phone for about 15 to 30 minutes to discuss your general goals & motivations. We will also touch on what you have tried in the past or are doing currently to move towards your goals. Once we've determined we are a good fit for working together, I use a new client intake process which includes a comprehensive health history along with a lifestyle and food journal of 1 week to 30 days depending upon your history. Not all clients will complete the food journal, although it is very useful. As we progress, we use a customized combination of video, app & phone sessions to empower you to achieve your stated goals. During this time you may find yourself narrowing or redefining your goals along the way.
