- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically offer 6 week and 12 week programs that include meal plans, body stats, measurements, before/after pictures, weekly fitness plans and personal training sessions. Fees vary depending on what program you are interested in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone consultation to make sure we are a fit for one another. I will recommend a program for your specific goals and discuss cost. Then if we agree to work together we will set up an initial assessment to do body stats, measurements, provide meal plan (if applicable) and schedule workouts (if applicable).
