- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for labor and materials. Our hourly rate has a minimum 1 hour charge for all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet and discuss the challenges experienced by the customer. From that point we either fix on site at time of initial visit or schedule for a return visit if parts or other equipment is required to complete job. We are very communicative throughout the process so that the customer knows where the process is at at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we bring 20+ years of experience in both public and private organizations ranging from a multitude of organization sizes and technologies. This means from basic computing to enterprise storage arrays, networking and wireless technologies, we have the experience to complete and resolve issues with the utmost integrity and professionalism. We hold certifications as CISSP, CEH, A+, Server+, and CISM.
