Latest Review: I purchased a dietary meal plan with multiple options that was very detailed and cleanly organized. With it I've been much more energetic than ever and down 20 lbs in a month! I also purchased a fitness program that is full of creative but challenging workout combinations that give my workouts great variety but push me to my limits as well! I never feel disappointed after a workout! Highly recommend you try one as they are very specified to your body and your fitness goals, and are also very detailed thanks to a survey of sorts that you do (and you must be honest) to that they can provide you with the plan that will help you achieve your desired results! Top knotch service!!

Latest Review: About 8 years ago Brian walked up to me at the gym where I was working out and told me he had a new class that would start in a few minutes. He didn't know if anyone had heard of it or whether anyone would show up. Would I mind coming in and trying it out? I stayed with him from that first class through his last at that gym. Later, he moved on to pursue his interest in Crossfit. Now, at Crossfit Copely, I'm working out with him again. He's as enthusiastic and creative as ever. His workouts are challenging. He modifies them to meet the needs of the attendees. He's trained several people who've entered competitions. And he's trained people like me who just want to maintain their personal health. I strongly recommend you try a session with Brian. He'll help you improve your physical conditioning . . . and you'll have fun doing it.

Latest Review: I am a beginner when it comes to exercise. I was a bit nervous when i first started, but Travis really made sure that I was not only comfortable with the workouts, but the environment in which the workouts were performed. The gym is clean and has a wide variety of equipment. The classes he offers really gets the blood flowing and the heart pumping, and we all have fun when we do it. I definitely recommend him to anyone, beginner, intermediate, or advanced. He really knows his stuff. Also, to the ladies that are nervous about starting with a new group/gym... there are several ladies (more ladies than men) that work out with Travis and the rest of the group. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the facility is secured during workouts. Also, it is a judgment-free gym so no worries! We all have our strengths and weaknesses, areas that we need improvement... and Travis knows how to find these aspects and implement a workout plan that is not only good for a wide group of people, but good for you as an individual as well. My favorite part is that he will push you to work to failure, then try just one more rep to improve, but he is also big on safety and health. I injured my leg early on because I had the wrong footwear and he recommended a type of shoe to get, and even taught me how to tie my shoes properly (funny, I know). While I healed he did not let me skip a beat -- he had low-to-no impact workout alternatives to what everyone else was doing so you could burn calories, build strength, and not worry about hurting yourself. I recommend him to anyone, really, that is ready to change their lifestyle to being fit and healthy... and to those that want to have fun doing it.

Latest Review: Working with JoeBFitness has been a successful, educational, and enjoyable experience. I have seen, and continue to see, results from the workouts he has designed for me: I have lost body fat and gained muscle mass. I have also learned a lot about working smarter, not harder in the gym and about the importance of proper nutrition. Joe is very knowledgable about both fitness and nutrition. He is always able to answer questions that I come across in my fitness journey. I believe I have been successful because it is fun working with Joe. Latest Review: I have worked with 3 personal trainers in the past 15 years. All three have been outstanding; however, Scott has kept me coming back for more! The workouts are tough - as they should be! They are always changing so I don't get bored with the same routine - as they should be! Ninety-nine percent of the time I leave the workout feeling well spent and thoroughly worked out. Plus - I have fun doing it as Scott is just a cool guy. He has a great sense of humor and that is definitely a part of the workout. Scott makes this process (I mean who really loves working out!) something I DO look forward to weekly. I must enjoy the experience as I am going on 3 years of working out with him! ;-)
