- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my service is done on customer site. I do not charge for phone consultation. Initial 30 minute pre-determination of the problem is $40. Every hour after that is $40.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial phone conversation to determine the initial problem. Upon agreement, I travel to the customer for a half hour consultation to determine the cost and time of the repair. I then consult the customer with a price and time range.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree in Computer Operations/Program Maintenance. I am an A+ certified computer technician through Comptia.
