Introduction: I know first hand how fitness and personal training can help people. I began my journey as a personal training client. Strength training combined with yoga helped me heal from a back injury and other health issues after dealing with pain for many years. I was able to achieve a 60 lb weight loss. Today, fitness continues to play an important role in my daily life. As a result, this has brought my passion to help others achieve their fitness goal through a variety of activities. I graduated from Awaken Yoga School in 2013. Im NETA certified in personal training. I hold additional certifications in group fitness and spinning. I have worked with both children and adults to help them reach their goals. I teach yoga and personal training at many local studios and gyms in the area, and I'm excited to help others feel good and create healthier lives.

Samantha is a very compassionate, inspiring trainer. She goes out of her way to assist and to motivate her clients. She is so positive and her approach is very friendly, not intimidating in any way. At the same time she customizes workouts to challenge you where you are in your journey. I loved working with her.

Samantha not only inspires you she can relate to where you are in your fitness journey...she knows just got to light a fight within you but push you to go just a little bit further than you thought possible. Sam has helped me in the process of feeling physically how I feel on the inside. I love u Sam!

Sam is a very knowledgeable trainer and yoga instructer. She cares about her cleints tries to help and motivate them. She is very easy to work with calm and focused. Great personal trainer and yoga teacher. You'll have a hard time finding someone better. Kevin Martin
