Introduction: I know first hand how fitness and personal training can help people. I began my journey as a personal training client. Strength training combined with yoga helped me heal from a back injury and other health issues after dealing with pain for many years. I was able to achieve a 60 lb weight loss.
Today, fitness continues to play an important role in my daily life. As a result, this has brought my passion to help others achieve their fitness goal through a variety of activities.
I graduated from Awaken Yoga School in 2013. Im NETA certified in personal training. I hold additional certifications in group fitness and spinning. I have worked with both children and adults to help them reach their goals. I teach yoga and personal training at many local studios and gyms in the area, and I'm excited to help others feel good and create healthier lives.
