Jamie has been cleaning for us for the past 3-4 years. She is a very good, honest and dependable woman. We have two cats and hardwood floors throughout the house. Jamie always takes the time to sweep the floors first and then she washes all of them. She also takes the time to straighten up things that she sees are out of place. She is very thorough and does an excellent job of cleaning for us. I have asked Jamie to do things like change the sheets if I am sick and unable to. She always says "sure" and she never disappoints me. She is a true Christian woman who loves her husband and children. I am very happy to report that she is an outstanding person and worker.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I generally charge $25.00 an hour, but deep cleans are usually charged based on hourly time and $5 a room.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After talking on the phone and discussing the job, I like to schedule a in home estimate. Unless the customer wants a certain amount of hours. In the estimate we go room to room discussing each rooms needs. After doing a walk-through I like to go over some paperwork of mine. Any deals I am having, any questions you might have, what to expect from your cleaner, recommendation letters, etc. If the customer is still happy with everything we then schedule a day for me to come out and clean.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have worked for a cleaning company for several years. I have trained new employees as well. After some time I started branching out on my own.
