Chef Dominick did a fantastic job. From coming to my home with a few dishes to taste, to helping me choose the right menu, all the way down to the staff that he brought to help him in the kitchen and serve on the night of our party (of 36 people in our home!) The food that Chef Dominick prepared was delicious and his staff did an amazing job serving. They were all sweet and engaging and the timing of the dinner was great as well. I definitely plan to hire Chef Dominick from Kitchen on Wheels Catering again!

The best recommendation I can give is that I will hire Leland again! He prepared my family Christmas dinner for 17 people and the rave reviews are still coming in. "The best Christmas dinner yet." The beef tenderloin was juicy and cooked to medium rare as I requested. The garlic mashed potatoes were flavorful and truly mashed potatoes like I've never tasted anywhere else. The green beans almandine were cooked tender but still crisp. Chocolate Lava Cakes for dessert, which are my family's favorite, were incredible. He responded to my search for a chef on Thumbtack quickly and followed up promptly on any questions I had before and after I hired him. The day of my family Christmas, he arrived right on time, prepared this wonderful meal, and cleaned up the kitchen. In the past, I spent the afternoon in the kitchen cooking and the evening washing pots and pans and dishes. But this year, I wanted a chef to prepare the meal so I could be with my family. I recommend others do the same so you can enjoy your family, friends, and parties. It is well worth it. And Leland Cummings is the Chef to do it.
