unfortunately our wedding reception has to be postponed so I cannot verify to the actual service itself. But I can say without a doubt the time, effort and care they put into assisting us is impressive. Whenever we do get an actual date, I will not hesitate to employ this company. Their professionalism, genuine concern, immediate responses and hard work are unparrelled.
Dugout BBQ did an awesome job catering my sons wedding. We had over 150 people and everyone at some point during or after the wedding commented how great the food was. The meat was excellent and the mac and cheese and green beans were definitely a big hit. Some how Linda made them the best I have ever had and most others agreed. I would hire them to do anything and pay any price. I am thinking of having something soon because I am craving some of their awesome food! I plan to call you all back in June next year for my other sons graduation party! I cant tell everyone because they will want to come just for the food. I also want to mention the communication with Dugout was perfect, always available and they went over and beyond at the reception too. Thank you for making the wedding reception such a success. Everyone was very happy!

Smoker EZ BBQ catered my wedding on May 16th 2015. We had about 150 people attending the wedding, and through multiple emails / phone calls with Craig, we got an estimate on how much food we would need. The day of the wedding they showed up on time, prompt, with enough people to serve the food and keep the line moving. The food was delicious as it has always been with Smoker EZ. Our guests commented over and over how they loved the food, and how much better it was than the usual wedding food. I would highly recommend Smoker EZ BBQ for any event / party / situation that required food.

Miguel was our VJ for our wedding reception on 6/20/2015. We were very last minute in our request for his services and Miguel graciously accommodated us. He met with us at convenient times and locations and his event packet with music suggestions made planning our reception super easy! He made certain our music reflected our personal styles and kept our guests moving on the dance floor. His lighting effects, fog and sound system are superb. The use of the music videos also added a nice touch and we got many compliments from guests on that. Miguel was a lot of fun and great to work with and I would highly recommend him. My brother also booked with Miguel for his Oct. 2015 wedding.
I have worked with Debra on many events throughout the years, and every experience has been outstanding. She has helped coordinate multiple dance recitals for my studio and even planned my entire wedding. She has gone above and beyond all expectations and I couldn't be more happy.
Michelle was professional for our wedding and reception, and was easy to get a hold of during the planning stages. She was very organized, and everything went off without a hitch. They bought ice for the reception, went out to buy more when needed, got all of our candles lit, and I even saw her husband cleaning spilled food off the floor at the reception. I would recommend Michelle for anyone needing a day-of wedding coordinator.

Mary and her team were wedding day champions! They completed everything we couldn't and kept us super organized. Our MC even mentioned that he'd done over 100 weddings and this is the first one that was actually on time according to our schedule! Keep in mind we had 23 people in our wedding party!! It was incredible. They have beautiful taste and amazing planning skills. Mary helped planned everything for our big day, from contacting vendors to setting up our ceremony & reception - it was above and beyond our expectations and we would 100% use them again and recommend to all our friends and family! Mary is the sweetest and is a joy to work with! She spent countless hours prepping with me and her team so they could execute a very difficult outdoor wedding ceremony to reception flip in under 60 minutes (while also dealing with drizzling rain). The end result was absolutely beautiful and I could not have done it better myself! 5 stars! Easily!
Roxanne helped bring to life a plan that I had for an event. She has excellent ideas and was very easy to work with. The flowers them selves were so beautiful and just what I asked for. There were many compliments on the decor.
I hired Debra to be a day of coordinator and I am so glad that I did! We had our first meeting and went through everything a couple months before the wedding. She as always available to answer any questions that I had and helped to smooth out the details when needed. She was there on the wedding day to let vendors in the building to get set up. During the cocktail and reception she took care of making sure everything was how it needed to be. Wedding morning my friends were wondering why I wasn't stressed or nervous at all. I know that part of my calm was knowing that Debbie knew what I wanted and was going to do her best to make sure everything went off without a problem AND IT DID!
Ciara was awesome!!!! Wedding came out very beautiful and she made sure everyone knew what they were doing as well as making the planning for us worry free. We are so grateful and exceptionally blessed to have Exquisite Events by Amanee design and orchestrate our wedding. Amanee and her team were extremely professional and provided specific and very personal customer service. She went above and beyond the call of duty to extract a vision of our wedding that we hadn't conceived and didn't know was possible. It's because of Exquisite Events that we even had a wedding at all! 8-weeks from the highly sought after date we had no event design or flow for the wedding or reception- No venue, no decorations, no linen, no flowers, no favors, etc. With one consultation, Amanee came in and saved the day! Within the session, she had a high level design and by the next consult there was a portfolio of design options (venues, florals, décor, drapes, etc.) that were unique to our needs, style and tastes. To say the least we knew we were in good hands. We received wonderful feedback and compliments from family, friends(in attendance and observing online) and even the venue and vendors about the elegance, beauty, and professionalism in which the event was executed... Most importantly, Exquisite Events made us feel at ease at a time when there would ordinarily be panic (before, during, and after). We were able to completely relax and enjoy our wedding and reception. We highly recommend Exquisite Events and friends and family have already began to use them. Emily was a pleasure to work with. Emily did a custom archway for our wedding ceremony, all the bouquets, boutineers, and some of the reception decorations. I showed Emily a handful of pictures and didn't give much else other than a budget! What impressed me so much was that with such little input from me, she really went above and beyond anything that I could have imagined. All our guests couldn't wait to ask who did our flowers, she is the sweetest person and so professional and talented with what she does. We will definitely use her in the future for all our flower needs!
I can't express how thankful I am to have had Miranda work my wedding. I got married on May 26th, 2017 and it was the most special day of my entire life. From start to finish Miranda made sure that I actually enjoyed my wedding day. Anything that could have potentially caused me stress, she took care of immediately. She took care of everything from overseeing decor setup, to making sure the bridal party was lined up in time. She helped guests navigate the seating chart, and showed all of my vendors where to setup. Even with everything she had on her plate she still had enough time to check in on me every hour to see if I needed anything. Even details I hadn't thought of were totally handled. We met the week before over the wedding and she listened and wrote down every single thing I needed her to know for the wedding day. When the day came, she was prepared and went straight to work. Miranda is kind, professional and very passionate about what she does. Out of all the money I spent on my wedding day she was what I was most thankful for. Because of her, I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the very best day of my life, and that is absolutely priceless.
Abbey was our day-of coordinator, and she provided so much more than that! She met with us a few times throughout the year to get to know us a little better, and to help understand our 'vision' for what we wanted for our big day. These upfront meetings were so helpful to make sure we weren't forgetting anything, and for being on the same page! The day before our wedding was a true test as the forecast was showing 100% rain for our outdoor ceremony. We decided to change things around last minute (the day before!) and Abbey dropped everything to help us call our vendors and make sure everything was updated. It took a lot of stress away from us while we got ready for our rehearsal. At the rehearsal, Abbey took charge and helped guide us through exactly what we wanted in order for that to be a smooth process, even with distracted flower girls and groomsmen! The best part, by far, was our big day. Not only did she set up the reception exactly how we wanted it, with very minimal guidance, but she took control over everything. All we had to do was show up and get married. She handled everything with set up, the vendors, all the way to clean up. The last thing we would want on our big day, was to answer a bunch of questions and focus on anything other than getting ready, and getting married. Josh and Taylor surpassed my wedding expections completely! They made all my dreams come true and I would recommend them to any bride looking to rent their rustic decor package. Taylor answered every question I had throughout the process, even the smallest issue or silly questions she had an answer for promptly and never made me feel out of the loop with what was happening. I had a full list of what was available to use and had plenty of time to plan the perfect place for all they had to offer. They came and set up on time and just where I wanted it.
